In about 0.25 seconds. You literally were like, did you have that cinnamon roll? I'm like, it's in my belly.

The whole thing. You're on. Often try to eat just a half.

I eat two halves and then it feels less than a whole. If you cut it in half, she's like, why do you always cut it?

I'm like, right, then I just ate two halves. I didn't really have the whole donut.

Emily made headlines recently when she became the first woman to free climb El Capitans Golden Gate route in under 24 hours.

Emily is a five time US national champion in sport climbing. She has summited Mount Everest and traveled the world climbing iconic peaks in Nepal,

China, Myanmar, Crimea, Morocco. She's been everywhere. She's also a rad human being. And as you all know, those are our favorite.
