The next thing I'll say is that because it's really warm here in Ireland today, I've

got the window of my office open and across the way at the back of the house here on the

other side of the road.

They're doing some drilling.

They've been at it all day.

They're doing some work on a house or whatever.

So if you do hear some noises in the background, please ignore them or do your best to ignore

them.

Hopefully they won't be too intrusive and you can enjoy this podcast not least because

I have an amazing story to tell you to begin with.

The other day I was just going down the road and all of a sudden who comes around the

corner but...
