Hi, I'm Biz. I'm a working parent with a kid and a teen.

It's been 10 years since the show began and a lot has changed on the show and in the world.

But by elevating the voices of others, we have learned we are not alone and we are doing a good job.

This is still a show about life after giving life. This is One Bad Mother.

Reponzella, or don't touch my hair. Plus, Biz has a birthday!

Hey, Biz! This is the second and you're right. I am doing a great job.

You know, I am so fortunate to have a flexible job as will be evident by what I'm about to tell you,

which is I was on time to work today. I wanted to be early and then my partner usually takes

out the trash. He didn't have time to take out the trash. So he said, can you take out the trash?

And I said, yes, I can. So what did? And then I noticed after pulling out of the driveway

onto the street, that we had received a package. And I had enough time. I got out of the car

when got the package, took it in the house, and then I was still on time.

Such an accomplishment for me, because I am perpetually late and boy, I tell you after having

the children, it is even more so. But not today, my friend. I was on time and I have a meeting

that I'm on the way to right now, but I'm also going to be on time for. So I'm doing a great job.

You are also doing a great job, and I so appreciate the show. And I just want to say,

you don't need me to tell you how to do your job. But I'm just going to say that a couple

weeks ago, you played a rerun. And let me tell you, tell us delightful. It's a nice little surprise.

And I know you're going through some stuff with your family, your mom, and everything.

So again, you don't need my permission, but I'm just going to say that if you need to do reruns
