Yes, as you're going to quickly discover, it's just me today. There's no jelly. I know, I know you're probably going to leave, but I am giving her a day off and the weekend. I'm recording over the weekend, right before this episode is designed to go live.

1:14.5

And as you guys know, if you're a loyal listener, if you've been hanging out with me for some time, that we just wrapped up our annual launch for business by design.

1:25.5

And we just closed down the doors for our 2021 members. We'll most likely have an episode or a few in the upcoming months about so many of the cool learnings and takeaways and lessons from our launch because it's a really fun thing that we love to do.

1:46.0

But I wanted to make sure you really got some time off. So she's relaxing this weekend and you're stuck with me folks. And I got a really important topic that I want to talk to you about today that actually came up in our launch.

2:00.5

One of the things I decided to do this year and which was really fun was in the middle of our launch. I just jumped on a Zoom call invited people to come on and I started coaching them.

2:10.5

They asked me any questions and of course I'm returning to questions and you know, we're having a good time. And I noticed a theme that came up that I was like, we need to talk about this on the shoot.

2:22.5

And this is this theme of people saying on time. In fact, at the end of this episode, I'm going to play the clip of the coaching session with Latrice as it was just amazing.

2:33.5

And I could really get the sense in her hot scene session that she's been in business a long time. She's seen a lot of success. She knows this like ain't her first radio. She's been doing this for a while.

2:45.5

And she's just like, I'm so tired. I'm tired. And I want to talk about that today. I want to talk about my theory that I've had three years that's actually helped me grow because there's been many times that I felt tired in my business.

2:59.5

And I just kind of intuitively instinctively knew what was causing that. And I was able to get myself out of that. Now, obviously this comes with the super obvious disclaimer is, and you know, you may disagree.

3:12.5

But I far too much evidence to back this up that we're not talking about tiredness that could be like a diet and lifestyle situation.

3:20.5

If you're not moving the body and sweating, doing stuff to detoxify, we talked about these things on the podcast before, although like wonderful health solutions, like like an infrared sauna.

3:38.5

I'm always loving sharing what my routines are and things that I do. That's important, but that's not what I'm talking about.

3:44.5

I know there's someone listening here that does eat healthy or clean or not bad, right? Who's getting enough sleep?

3:53.5
