Doubleday. It is called Things That Happened Before the Earthquake. Kiara Barzini and I will be in

conversation momentarily. I should say that Kiara and I were supposed to meet in person. We were

supposed to do the interview in person earlier this summer, but I had to leave town when my father-in-law fell

ill and sadly passed away. So we weren't able to connect when she was here in the States

on book tour, but we did have a nice conversation over the transom. Chiara lives in Rome, Italy.
