I am Joshua P. Warren and each week on this show I'll be bringing you brand new, mind-blowing,

content news, exercises and weird experiments you can do at home and a lot more on this edition

of the show White House Ghosts that will surprise you. You know every year I contact the White House

in the fall and ask for permission to go do a ghost investigation of the haunted Lincoln bedroom.

And so far they have never allowed it. In fact they have never allowed anyone to do it.

I talked to a couple of experts at the White House Historical Association and person up there in

Washington DC and they laughed when I told them about this said that will never happen.

You know what? I disagree. I think someday somebody is going to get to do it.

Somebody will be granted permission. I don't know if it will be me or not.

But I have tried and of course one of the big reasons is because in 2008 I was contacted by a man

in Missouri named Bob Martin and he was reading this biography of President Harry Truman.

And Harry Truman conducted this enormous renovation of the White House in let's see I guess it

went from 1949 to 1952 and he hired this fantastic US National Park Service photographer named

Abby Rowe to document the whole thing and there is this wonderful photograph of the gutted
