the heels of Super Brawl where you guys finally paid off, sting, and whole Kogan, that

super long feud that most people thought would be put to bed at Starcade. You managed to

stretch it out a couple more months. You paid it off right there in February and three

weeks later, it's time for another paper review that tells you a lot about where the wrestling

business is when we're doing shows this close together. This is supposed to be headlined

about Hulk Kogan versus Randy Savage and Cage match, sting versus Scott Hall for the

WCW title, Lex Luger versus Scott Steiner, the giant versus Kevin Nash, Brent Hart versus

Kurt Henning, a triangle match for the US title with DDP, Chris Benoit and Raven and a TV

title match with Booker T, likely against Eddie Guerrero. This is all reported early in

the month of March in the observer. But when you run through that line up there, holy

shit dude, that sounds like a WrestleMania level paper view. Interestingly enough, you're

going head to head with WrestleMania for those paper view dollars here in March of 1998.

Of course, on the other channel, it's going to be the anointing of Stone Cold Steve Austin.

He finally becomes the world champion beating Sean Michaels that month at the Fleet
