Summary

Your reality is valid because it’s your own. Another person's reality is valid because it’s their own. There are multiple realities because every person has their own unique perspective. In this episode, we talk about why this makes us more compassionate and connected in our relationships.

come into our mind and really having a full awareness of our own weather, our own self,

1:40.0

our own person, and holding space for that first before we can then go and do that for
