beautiful downtown Thomasville, Georgia. And today I'm joined by fellow bookseller Chris Jensen. Chris and I

will be talking about food, food writing, and what we are

Today, I cooked food from Matt Moore's A Southern Gentleman's Kitchen, which you can

find on the shelves in the bookshop.

And I cooked lunch.

And I ate it.

And it didn't take me that long either.

It was fun.

So that is kind of the basis for this episode.

We knew we wanted to do something Thanksgiving-e, hard to believe, but Thanksgiving is next week, and we'll be taking the week off the podcast.

So we thought we would go ahead and talk about food and food writing, maybe talk about our favorite cookbooks.
