From tea to screen time, we cover it all in this Keeping Up. We start off by talking all about our favorite, and least favorite, ways to get in some caffeine. Caffeine is something we manage our kids’ access to, and it’s a lot easier to control than their screen time. As our kids get older, it gets more and more complicated to find a balance with our kids and the internet. Bricia shares how she made a contract with Eddie to help manage his screen time.
