Hi there, how is everyone?

I'm excited to be on the podcast with you today. I was actually just on a panel.

Okay, so let me give you, let me give you the low down on life. All right, so this last week I went to Florida and I spoke for the first time since

2019 in public. My friend Mindy who owns something new. It's a huge bridal store in Colorado. She has a something new

podcast. She has an Airbnb down in our area of Florida called something new. Just

lovely people. I met her and her husband in a mastermind years ago. We were in the

buffet line. But anyhow, she had asked me to come down and speak and in the year

2020 I had drawn a line in the sand and said you know what I'm no longer doing public speaking like in terms of being on a stage with a

clicker and a slideshow I hate it I don't want to do it I'll only public speak if it's something online or if it's like a panel or it's a you know we're sitting on two chairs

and we're just having a conversation in front of a crowd like I'll do that all

day every day and I remember when I did that for with Christy Wright at a Dave Ramsey back

when they had like the female business events and things and that was so much fun. I love panels, I love

like conversation, I just don't want to be on stage with a quicker. So when Mindy invited me to come down to 30A and talk, I was like, will you sit up in front

with me? She's like, I sure will.

What conversation style? She's like, sure is. I'm like, consider me there.
