Polina Lopez. My sister, Brisia, is not on the intro today, but she is a part of the conversation that we're having. I hope everybody is having and enjoying the last weeks of

summer. I cannot believe summer's pretty much done. And we're entering the

back-to-school season, which I'm not ready for. I'm going to have a high schooler and I'm

going to have a middle schooler. It's insane. I can't even wrap my head around the idea of that.

But I know that we've been in a very, very negative space lately. I know that as a whole,

as a community, as just as all of us, as a collective, we have been very deep into fear and

negativity. And I actually realized that I was really speaking a lot of negativity into the, into just,

into just outside of myself for a while, for a long time when people would ask me,

how are you doing?
