1:02.8	Shutkin's ruling. I really thought she had signaled in that prior
1:06.9	hearing that she was going to move the trial date if he violated her order or did engage in some misconduct.
1:16.4	And so I was a little bit surprised that instead of going in that direction,
1:20.0	she ended up issuing a gag order.
1:22.0	But isn't that sort of, she's got to leave that, she's got to leave some room.

1:30.0	Well, you know, in foreign policy there's a concept called escalation dominance, which means that in order to remain the stronger party, you always have to have a higher place to go.
