So, Aisha, I have to tell you I was a little bit surprised by Judge

Shutkin's ruling. I really thought she had signaled in that prior

hearing that she was going to move the trial date if he violated her order or did engage in some misconduct.

And so I was a little bit surprised that instead of going in that direction,

she ended up issuing a gag order.

But isn't that sort of, she's got to leave that, she's got to leave some room.

Could get worse, that sort of thing?

Well, you know, in foreign policy there's a concept called escalation dominance, which means that in order to remain the stronger party, you always have to have a higher place to go.

If you have nowhere else to go, then you basically seated escalation dominance and the other party is going to be better

that is going to be in a better position this reminds me of a do you remember
