lettuce and we're actually pretty fired up about this topic because just just

since we decided to do this last week I've been thinking a lot about

lettuce and there's so much that I didn't that I didn't realize I'd never really

paid attention to about it. It's kind of cool. I have three kinds of lettuce lurking in my refrigerator.
