This week on the podcast we have writer, director, actress Alice Lowe. Those first two descriptions, writer and director, are fairly new terms to describe Lowe.

For the better part of the 2000s, Alice has made a name for herself as a dynamic actress.

Often working in comedy, you've probably seen the England-born performer in films like Hot Fuzz, The World's End, and Sightseers.

There's a dark sardonic quality to her humor, absurd,

uncomfortable, and yet deeply hilarious. She brings those same qualities to

prevent, an absurd drama fantasy about a pregnant woman who goes on a murderous rampage.
