But it just has a little bit of history to it.

I had never heard of this.

And I thought it was really interesting when I was researching.

So that's all I'm going to say.

A historic and iconic mansion, Glenshine is a 20,000 square foot home in Duluth, Minnesota.

It was originally constructed as a family home, and it sits on 22 acres of land, 12 of which are waterfront property on Lake Superior.

It has 39 rooms, a terraced garden, features designs and craftsmanship of the Midwestern U.S.,

and it is sometimes referred to as the historic Congdon estate.

The home cost $854,000 to build between 19055 and 1908, which is equivalent to over $30 million today.
