Well, hello everyone welcome back to the podcast I'm excited to record with you today I spent all of last week in Florida at Bugee on the beach with Ari. I turned 53 in Florida.

Ari turned 10. We do have her, like a slumber party of her slumber party at our house tonight to celebrate her birthday

Jason and Ava were serving on a mission's trip with our church. I took a bama that same

mission trip last year and Noah several years ago during the same week and then you know the boys are

grown and so they were doing their own thing and when I was on my way back from Florida I sometimes if I have some travel time I'll do like a

Q&A box on Instagram and by the way just to make sure like pro tip here if ever you

see somebody say something on Instagram like ask me anything and then there's like a

supposed to type the question in the box it's interesting because I think like

three quarters of the people ask questions that way and nobody can see them

but it's not like anybody else can see them but But like for the people always just send me the questions

of the DMs.
