Hello, and welcome to My Mom's Basement and a very special GenV Penultimate edition of My Mom's

basement with a little New York Comic-Con sprinkled on top.

That's right, we're breaking down a lot of New York Comic-Con news today, actually. There was a lot of panels. There was a lot of trailers, some leaked trailers we'll talk about. How are we feeling, Clem? Feeling good. It was nice to get a little smattering of news from that Comic-Con. Yeah. I feel like, New York's always kind of been the red-headed stepchild of the Comic-Gons.

And no offense to the right-headed stepchildren listeners out there. You guys, your parents love you just. Star Wars barely does anything usually. It's like, they'll throw you the breadcrumbs, but San Diego is where it's at. At this point, D23 is probably even over New York Comic-Con

in terms of like big announcements and then breakdowns for us. And even I feel like Comic-Con

has lost a good amount of luster, like the OG, because that was the events. You get so much

stuff. You get all these crazy videos, the funny stuff. And now I think nerd culture has

become so mainstream. It's like, I think, and every studio kind of does their own same thing.

So I was like, all right, look at, look at New York. The New York office getting a little bit of

love here in the Comic-Con. Oh, that's funny. They are the New York office of Comic-Con.

It's like, they're working really hard, though. Oh, that is funny. Shout out to everyone that came to Fred's, by the way, right off the top. I wanted to say it was an unbelievable put-punk show at Fred. Shout out to Paul Skeens and Liffie Dunn, who were in attendance. We probably had, I don't know how to judge,

I'm bad at judging crowds. It was in the thousands, though. It was well over a thousand.

I would guess over 2,000 under the 10 at Freds for an unbelievable show. We had some

awesome openers. Our opening bands were, we were nervous to get on the stage. They were so good.

It was just a good time. All in all and all i mean i had a migraine during the show which always sucks but i was still having a

good time that that's really goes to show how great the show was that i look back at it as a great

experience while i was dealing with a friggin migraine i love the thought of you being terrible

with crowd numbers it It's almost like
