The 1997 Bridge School Benefit show is the 11th anniversary of the Bridge School Benefit gig with Metallica, of course, playing acoustic.

Other artists were Neil Young, Lou Reed, Smashing Pumpkins, Alanis Morissette, David J. Matthews, Blues Traveler, and Casey Crowley.

We have debuts of Lerick, debut of Porteous of Me, debut of Tuesday's Gone, with one Mr. Jerry Cantrell on guitar.

Very cool show. I'm excited to dig into it. I don't think I've ever watched it in full.

And I'm going to do it right now with you guys on this brand spanking new episode of Metal Up Your

podcast. I hope you're all well. I'm doing great. It is a Friday evening. My wife is having all

of the fellow cheer mothers, other mothers of cheerleaders

of the cheer team my daughter's on. They're all having like a mom wine thing, which means

Papa bears up in his studio hibernating. I may never leave here again. And I'm doing great. I'm having fun. I'm having a glass of wine,

the U.S. World Cup, the U.S. beat Australia today, go USA. Wife is good in big and small ways.

I hope that you guys feel that as well.
