I'm excited for the weekend on North London Darby coming up away from home sort of ish.

One time at night your home, not your home is temporary, your squatters essentially maybe renters would be you know a better way of putting it but still it's not your home but we're going there and we've had some fun there haven't we?

Down the years we've had some good moments, some really good moments and some kind of scary weird moments. I think it's fair to say you think back to that Wigan semi final eight minutes eight minutes away from losing to Wigan in an FA Cup semi final.

When you're a potential opponents in the final war whole city and I can't remember who the other team were at the time it was someone like.

Austin Villa or Millwall or somebody like that I can't remember but it was somebody equally beatable but that's where we were eight minutes eight minutes we were one nil down and then per murder sacker got a goal and then he went to penalties and

he was a bit of a hero Kim Schostrom was a bit of a hero as well stepping up to score a penalty. He said as one of the greatest moments of his life went to Wembley then in the final and you know to start to that game wasn't great was it we've had our ups and downs but the downs have generally been accompanied by very quick ups.

So we were tuneled down to whole city come back to win the final three two and the next year we win our semi final win the final easily didn't make it through the year after.

After that of course but then last year beating man city in the semi final beating Chelsea in the final it's a good place to good place for us.

And we'll hope it's a good place for us again this weekend Saturday early Saturday for the North London Derby we'll be chatting about that game in a couple of moments time with Amy Lawrence and a bit later on after Amy.

I'll be catching up with cannerly of second captains you might remember we spoke to can at the start of the season as we normally do to get a bit of a preview when we try and catch up at some point mid season but it's not quite mid season now it's about the two thirds point so I'll be talking to can about what he's thought of the premier league season so far some Arsenal some chat about the whole you know diving thing that's gone on this week.

Meritio Pachitino had things to say our send vendor had things to say Tottenham players had dives to dive so we'll be chatting about diving and var and all that kind of stuff with can that's in a few minutes time but it's been a pretty quiet week hasn't it all in all given that we'd put in such a great performance on Saturday against Everton

hat trick of assist for McAterian hat trick for iron Ramsey debut goal for Pierre AmeriCorps by me and a lot to like about the way that we played but that's the way the world that's the way it works when things are good there's a lot less to say about the things you know I wrote about this during the week on the blog if you haven't had a chance to check it out you can read it I think it was on Wednesdays post on our blog calm just basically how when something good happens if fades away it's lovely it's lovely it's lovely it's lovely it's lovely.

However when something bad happens or when we have a bad defeat it echoes and reverberates and resonates for an awful lot longer which is understandable of course because there is a lot more to say about things when things go wrong there's only so many ways you can say well I was lovely that was nice I enjoyed that.

Now whereas everyone's got an opinion on why something went wrong and why it went crazy and everything else but you might think I'm complaining I'm not complaining I'm really not I would like if between now and May there weren't any of those negative echoes and reverberations and shit storms and brew ha ha on the social media channels and all that kind of stuff if we can just keep winning games I will be very very very happy in the world.

Indeed because look everybody's life is just that little bit more bearable less complicated less agitated when we win it may be a bit less frenetic there may be a lot less going on online that we might like but there's a whole big internet world out there you can find something else to look at to do to pass your time or you know there's also and I don't want to scare anybody here a real world.

I'm going to be able to get a little bit more of a world out there with clouds and puppies and trees and shit and go outside and but it's freezing though isn't at the moment well is here there's probably loads of you listening who live in really warm places going I'm already outside.

I am actually listening outside well yeah fair play to you you've stuck it to me but what I'm saying generally is that Arsenal is such a big influence on our mood based on what they do on the pitch and how they do it.

I think we deserve after what has been in many ways are trying season up to now a period of relative cam tranquility instead of picturing souls burning in the firey pits of hell we just look out over a beautiful lake the sun is high in the sky the sky is blue birds are singing people are fronicking galee through the fields that's what we want.

That's what we want from the rest of this season Arsenal so if you wouldn't be so unkind as to oblige then I don't know how to finish that sentence based on the way that I started it and the syntax of the words.
