My guest on today's podcast, joining me via Zoom from his minivan, where it's nice and quiet in his house is my friend, and near Idaho Falls is Chet friend Chad Cannon. Welcome to the podcast, Chad.

Hello. You are in your minivan, aren't you, in your garage? Because it's quiet. Just my car.

It's your car. It's not a minivan. It just looks like a mini van. It's okay. I got a minivan. My kids are driving it right now.

So, and this is just audio.

So it's a great place to be.

It's quiet in cars.

So I like that you're in your car and the car is not moving listeners.

So it's just parked and Chad can do the podcast.

Oh, I guess he could do it driving.

Chad reached out to me and we visited a little bit.

Often I don't know exactly where we're going to go on these podcasts, but as I visit with my guests,

often those are pretty spiritual experiences as somebody opens up about their experience.

So Chad is in his mid-40s, a married father of four, active in the church.

As I mentioned, lives near Idaho Falls, served admission in Anaheim, California.

Chad is somebody that's had a pornography addiction for, I'll let him tell us how long and that he,

and the steps he's taken to put that behind him. And for those of you,

which are a lot of listeners working to solve pornography use, our joint prayers, the things Chad

will share with you will help you. There's a lot of wonderful members of the church walking that road that didn't think they'd get on that road and it's a pretty tough road to get off.

But often the people that I know that have been on that road understand the atonement as well as anybody I know and have insights in the atonement that can provide hope and healing to all of us,

regardless of our individual circumstances.

Chad is also father, has LGBTQ family members, children, and is pretty new on that road, but many of you are probably new
