Told us Swiss yesterday. Had a nice day with the family, reunited with them.

But, um, yeah, I'm not a fan of doing like a week at altitude after

Delphiné before the tour. You know, I'd rather just be at home

with the family chill out and tours intense enough in it. Just

get there nice and fresh and ready to rumble.

Yeah, I think that's that's a big thing for me. Like, however,

I'm not sure altitude works for me anyway, but

besides like their physiological benefits, supposedly.

I'd just like to be at home with the family and just go into that.

Like you say, it's so intense, just to go in fresh.

And well, even even just being up here a week, though, doesn't
