Hello there, my friends, welcome back to the podcast. I am back, Af-A-F-F-F-F.

See, words are going to be hard because I've been, I I was maybe you say after being off work for

close to two weeks Thursday would be two weeks and so that's been really nice

4th of July was really nice.

Ava and I were in Florida which is really nice.

Spent a lot of time with my hubby this week which has been nice.

It's just been nice. It's been nice. It's been really nice to be off. And I always

want to make sure that I'm not living to work, that I'm working to live. And you know know taking plenty of time off is always the older I get I'm

telling you the more important it's going to be to you friends for those of you

that are business owners I need for you to just listen you know how you like

sometimes you look back and you're like oh my mom was right about

everything or oh I wish I would have listened to people earlier like this is one of

those things I'm telling you the older you get the less you're going to want to work the more you're going to want to figure out how do I put things in place so that I can

unattach from work and yes part of it is you know nervous system related and me just

needing to really control my stress levels if you did not listen to those two
