Well, we got to see what edition is.

0:37.7

This is the starting pitching edition. You've taken a Patreon tradition and merged it with the regular show. Really? No, no, no. We used to say what edition it was long before. On KFA and we did it all the time. John, long before patient. You start the KFAN show identically every week. You say, and welcome to Gleeman in the Geek Show on KFAN, presented by blah, blah, blah. I'm John Bonas of Twins Daily, and with me, Aaron Gleeman of baseball prospectus, and then typically I just babble. Don't like you turn this in doing the edition. I bet you we take a look at the maybe half of the, half of them before. the dumbestest thing we've ever argued about and I bring that up because two weeks ago we had what I thought was our dumbest thing we ever argued about which is you saying Steven Strachsberg was not that good I'd like to circle what I said. Twitter people disagree. I would like to circle. What you said over and over again is what I was saying but what I said several times during that argument was he's the second best pitcher on the free agent market, which he is. You're right. I just like to circle back now to reiterate. He literally won World Series MVP since then. Yeah. He's a very good pitcher. He's the second best pitcher on the free of the market. John, it's recorded. People can go listen.

1:48.5

I'll quit the show, John.

1:49.5

I'm not afraid. What's that? I'll quit the show right here. I'm not afraid of this. Go listen to the show. I will not let you fake news your way out of what was one of the dumbest moments in recorded history.

2:02.2

But I'm John Bonas at Twinsdaily.com, with me, Eric Gleeman of Baseball, of The Athletic.com. Sorry, there goes back to the old tradition. Boy, this is off to a great start. This is Gleeman and the Geek, your flagship show. We're going to do about an hour and a half. We got a lot of stuff to talk about. We got some sort of news nuggets because the floodgates on the entire off season haven't quite open yet, but they're sort of stage setting, some roster moves, some coaching stuff. Well, the truth is, the five days right after the World Series ends, they've got to make a fair number of decisions in those five days because that's when free agents declare.

2:35.5

It's when you have to make decisions about free agents and what you have to come up with qualifying offers.

2:39.4

Right, which is Monday, right?

2:40.9

Yeah, right.

2:41.2

Yeah, I know this because I wrote an article about the decisions they have to make with the qualifying offer.
