I just wanted to talk about something you have talked about in terms of expertise within

Congress.

I mean, I think that there should be a certain level of expectation.

So I also think that we should go back and have things like the office with technology

assessment that the new Congress step rid of when he this keeps it out.

At least providing entire information about science and technology might help those

people who don't have expertise give them some place to go to, that is what often

happens, which is for them to go to corporations that get their assessment of technology, which

leads to climate change and oil.

So I just want to turn that up.
