I often hear Jenna and I talk about on these episodes this idea of practicing compassion.

So I thought what better time than to dive into a conversation on compassion.

Compassion is a necessity in our healing and it also happens to be the first thing that

we all throw out the window.

And most of us have spent most of our lives living without a conscious intention of compassion

or even living without an awareness, let alone an embodiment of compassion, let alone

for ourselves.

So we specifically want to kind of rear everyone back in and for those of you who are listening,

maybe already having physical feelings or sensations coming up just about this topic alone,

I really welcome you to be present, to take a deep breath, to really allow yourself to

be curious and explore your own current relationship with compassion and with your possible lack
