Yeah and you're probably listening to this in a brand spanking new year. So new year new year what are your

resolution? Don't be fat. It's the same one every year. I'm going to go full

vegan again because I've been cheating I want to

apologize now to all of the animals but the problem with putting stuff out on

the internet is once it's on the internet is there forever so a year from now when

I'm eating a big market I'm like you you said you are going to be a vegan.

It's no longer just me holding you accountable.

It's like thousands of people around the world are also going to be really disappointed, didn't you?

I'm trying, I'm trying, I'm'm sorry animals you just taste delicious. Yeah well I'm gonna have a test of a little

vegan I'm gonna try it for a couple of weeks and see how I feel because I do know it's the right thing to do.

It is the right thing to do.

And I listened the other day to the Adam Bookston podcast where he interviewed Simon

Amstel about his veganism. I was like I know it's right

Simon Amstel is always right. I am in the cult of Amstel. So I'm going to try it for a bit and then if it meets too delicious then I'll just go back to murdering animals again I guess

So I'm going to try and be vegan and then exercise obviously and then hydrate because all I drink is tea.

Same. But the thing is if I drink water then I need to pee and I'm a teacher I don't get time to pee.

You should because my little sister so she's only 23, 24.

She was in hospital with kidney stones a few weeks back because she's just become a teacher.

Only drank tea.
