With the things that you do, what is the, like, because obviously, you know, you have a kickboxing coach, he's working on the kickboxing. You have, you know, you know, Shanzi and these guys helping out with their jitzu knowledge. You know, when you bring in your, your expertise to the mix, what is it that you are trying to accomplish with these guys that are fighting and things like that?

What are you trying to bring to them and try to help them out and how to benefit from?

Well, I'm considered, or at least, you know, referencing me, Rafael refers to me as his movement coach.

Like, as you said, he has a strength coach, he has a wrestling coach. So our team is comprised of about five different coaches. And, you know, obviously the wrestling coach doesn't

do what the strength coach does. The strength coach doesn't do what I do as a movement coach or

mobility coach. My primary function is restorative slash flexibility

slash mobility slash recovery. So if you kind of, those four words are somewhat interchangeable.

So they all kind of work together. You know, mobility is a specific
