| 1:04.0 | Well, a few things jump straight to mind. I think there's, you know, anything, the timing-wise, thinking of tempo, something that acute. |

| 1:19.7 | an acutely psychiatric alter, is he hallucinating this tremor? Is this going to be a sort of PCP, |
| 1:24.5 | a toxic, nystagmus, you know, type pattern. So, you know, acute toxication definitely |
| 1:29.5 | comes to mind. I guess acute infection comes to mind. Again, thinking about that tempo, something quick. |
| 1:36.3 | Is this some sort of rombencephalitis, you know, affecting the cerebellar, maybe causing this |
| 1:41.2 | sort of tremor, is this, you know, and really infectious-wise, |
| 1:44.9 | probably viral or bacterial. |
| 1:47.5 | But again, we'll hear what the tempo of it is. |
| 1:51.7 | I think sort of vascular as possible here. |
