0:27.8	and what do you know? Washington DC has filed another lawsuit against the commanders. It was on Thursday,
0:36.1	November 10, that Washington DC Attorney General Carl Racine announced, quote, a new lawsuit
0:43.4	against the Washington commanders, team owner Dan Snyder, the National Football League
0:48.2	and NFL Commissioner Roger Gidell for colluding to deceive district residents about an investigation
0:56.2	into toxic workplace culture and allegations of sexual assault to maintain a strong fanbase
1:03.4	and increase profits and quotes. So that was last week. It was on this past Thursday, November 17,
1:10.7	that Racine, quote, announced a new lawsuit against pro football ink, which owns the Washington
1:18.9	commanders football team for implementing an illegal scheme to cheat district ticket holders
1:25.8	out of their deposits for season tickets and use the money for its own purposes. And quote,
1:33.2	according to Racine, quote, the commanders have returned some of the money to ticket holders,
1:39.4	but as of March 2022, they still held nearly $200,000 in unreturned security deposits
1:49.0	paid by district consumers. They have also forfitted thousands of dollars from district
1:54.3	consumers, security deposits and converted that money into revenue for the team to use for
2:01.2	its own purposes. And quote, boy, this guy, Carl Racine, hot Carl, is he not trying to go out
2:09.4	with a bang? Understand, Carl Racine is on his way out as Washington DC attorney general. He
2:15.7	did not seek reelection as DC AG, his term as AG will end on January 2nd, but he is whacking
2:24.7	Dan Snyder and the commanders around like a pin yada. By the way, did you know that the commanders
2:30.3	have a parent company? I'm guessing most people did not know that pro football ink,
2:34.7	technically speaking, is the parent company of the Washington commanders, but bottom line, right?
2:40.6	Dan Snyder is in trouble again. This latest lawsuit is part of the financial scandal,
