Welcome to the metal of your podcast.

It's me Clint Wells, your host, recording this somewhere in Nashville, Tennessee. It is Snowmageddon. The power was out all day yesterday. I do have a cold. Anyway, the

worst of it's over. Powers back on, obviously. And the only thing we're waiting for now is

hoping that all the frozen trees don't fall in our house.

And there's trees falling left and right.

Of course, a lot of people across the south are without power.

And, you know, it's tough out there.

So thinking about everyone in the snowstorm, hope everyone is able to stay warm.

It was kind of fun.

Now, this is assuming you're safe, you know, not making light of people that might not be safe or not be able to make food or whatever. But my neighbors and I, we all got together

and sort of lived like the pilgrims did. We had a fire going. We played dominoes. It was actually

kind of nice. When the power came on, we were like,

those like eight hours that we were all hanging out

with our kids running around,

just talking were kind of nice.
