No, so I mean the thing is we have a bit of an odd job listing because it's a bit of a strange job.

Like there's a few different ways that the position could be developed like the the short answer is.

We are incredibly short staffed we have a lot of needs we could build around a lot of different skill sets.

But the big takeaway here is that we are hiring for a senior love position here at waypoint.

And like that's what it is like you know so we're trying to cast a really wide net.

We're trying to be really open-minded on like who that person could be.
