So what's up Rachel? Oh my god, it's been a long well a few people have wanted me to talk about my bike ride

Which I will talk about for maybe 30 seconds because I one of the things people love about our show is that we get right into the

Crimes right so I want to make it a happy medium for everyone for all of our listeners

In case you didn't know I just got back from a

552 mile bike ride

From San Francisco to Los Angeles. This is my third time doing this ride. I did it to raise money for

Healthcare specifically healthcare that the LA LGBT Center and the San Francisco AIDS Foundation provide my butt hurts currently

Took seven days. That's why we've been gone for two weeks because I was gone in San Francisco

first up there staying at my with my mom for a few days before the ride and then the ride is almost seven days and

I didn't have time to repair my story during the ride so we had to take an extra couple days so I could

Get my shit together. So that's fine. Thank you guys for being so patient with us. Yeah, and the ride was great

I'll probably my crazy ass probably gonna do it again next year

It's really physically

Intense obviously. Yeah, it's the most physically challenging thing. I've ever done in my life
