we talked together about a trend called semen retention.

A trend which saw people choosing to avoid ejaculation with the hope that they would improve their health and well-being.

And this might have involved celibacy for some people, but it might also have been about full sexual expression, including orgasm, but withholding ejaculation.

Okay, so I feel like, I was about to say,

I thought semen retention was a naval recruitment strategy.

And then I thought, I bet I made that joke last year as well.
