This is a 41-year-old female who presents with weakness and numbness.

Weakness and numbness.

Okay, Vijay, Sebastian, one of you want to tell us briefly, we don't have too much information

here, but briefly your approach to weakness and the other your approach to numbness?

I think I'll go first.

So it is a 45-year- old female person in weakness and numbness.

So I'm just thinking where do I localize both of these symptoms? So the weakness I think of in the entire from the brain to my peripheral now. So whether it is in the central nervous system or the peripheral nervous system. So if it is in the central nervous system, so I think whether it is in the central nervous system or the peripheral nervous system.

So if it is in the central nervous system, so I think whether it is pyramidal or extra perimeter.

So weakness predominantly I'm thinking mostly should be pyramidal more than extra parameter.

And localizing it across the entire neural axis with help of associated symptoms if I have any presence of

training nerves or any associated symptoms. So this is what I'm thinking of.

Coming to numbness, so the same thing I would think of even for the numbness would be the spino thalamic tract or from the cortex again till the nerve.
