Now back to the show. Hi Olivia. Hey, welcome back. Thanks. Every time I type the notes for these new release episodes, it takes me a minute to realize what month we're in.

Yeah, I just like we record these mid to late ends of one month, but we're previewing the books for the next month, but also we're reading shelf subscriptions for fall.

It's just very confusing. So we're here to talk about July new releases.

Yeah, I think they're fun. Okay, good. It felt like a great stack.

Okay, I felt pretty good about my sec as well, because unlike other times when I have to preview books, I've actually read a lot of these. So they should be relatively easy to discuss.

Okay, but I do want to ask a question that's unrelated, but related, which is how's your June reading? What's your reading life look like right now? Make me feel better about mine.

I mean, I had friends here for 10 days. So I feel like I haven't read for like half the month.

And then I sat down last month somehow after reader retreat last week, just a week ago.

Last year more like, and I just plowed through like two or three books, which are on this list.

But they were really good, which is the only reason why I was able to get through that many so quickly.
