Like, we want to talk about giving thanks this week. I know it's been a really tough year for everybody.

And awkwardly, I told Sarah, I thought it would be good to share with you one of the kind of meditative practices that I've come to adapt as being helpful. Oh my gosh wait wait wait I know say that sentence all

meditative practice that it was my idea. It's just I don't know what we're doing.
