0:00.0	For the hundreds of people who turned up for the long-awaited premiere, it was a case of getting a lot less than they had paid for.
0:07.0	We went in, saw about 45 minutes, maybe an hour's worth of the film, and then it switched to a whole other different reel with about, it had to be about 45 minutes missing from the movie.
0:18.0	Everybody started griping and throwing stuff.
0:26.0	So we all got up and walked out. The problem, it seems, was that reel four out of the eight reel movie was missing. Theater management blamed it on 20th century Fox, which had promised to have
0:31.6	the reel down in time. We knew that when it started and on their assurance that we'd have it in time,

0:37.6	knowing full well that in the event that that film didn't get here we were going to have to
0:42.7	give back the money or to give them a chance to come in to see the picture at another date of their
0:48.4	choice well choice or not the crowd was not pleased it's stupid that we had to go in there and then they don't do nothing about telling us that
0:56.1	they skipped the whole film part.
0:58.0	That is really rotten.
0:59.3	It's amateurish and unprofessional.
1:02.5	In the meantime, theater managers were concerned about the next performance of the film.
1:06.8	Would 20th Century Fox fail the theater yet a second time?
1:10.2	Now we're coming up to the next performance, and I still haven't seen the film.
1:14.6	So that's all we can do is wait.
1:16.6	Then, through the parking lock, under police escort, moments before the second scheduled screening, the arrival of the Jedi.
1:24.6	The crowd was now pleased.
1:26.6	I'm happy now! All in all, a rather
1:29.3	inauspicious debut for a movie theater which opened its doors
