Hello everyone and welcome to At Home with Sally and Kristen.

We are so excited to have you again this week joining us.

How are you, Sally?

I'm doing well.

I think you and I are probably both sleepy this morning because it's 6.30 in the morning

for Kristen and 7.30 for me and we just really don't want to miss a week with you.

We are thrilled to be here and of course as we both have been talking, this is one of

our favorite chapters.

It is.

Well, I was thinking about that too because it is so silly that we say that every week.

It's really true and I think that this chapter is important to me specifically because it's

an area of my life that I really never considered cultivating and owning if that makes sense.

I sort of always thought, so the title of this chapter by the way is chapter 10, tending

your heart and investing in your soul, owning your emotional health.

And I would say also your spiritual health and your, the way that we cultivate beauty

in our lives.
