Summary

It is the height of the Christmas season at the Freddy Fazbear Mega Pizzaplex, where synthetic cheer and technological marvels blur together beneath glowing lights. Danny Shullenberg is transfixed by a holiday exhibit in which flying Nanobots wrap presents and print easy-to-remove-tattoos with surgical precision. Hoping to impress his crush, Daisy Zayland, he steals a few of the microscopic ink-robots and flees the Pizzaplex.

However, he learns a little too late that the nanobots he snaged are not only the ones that were meant to cut wrapping paper, but also have dug their way beneath his skin. Ready to fulfill any request he asks... whether he desires it or not.

0:51.9

I am your host, Nick Black, and Merry Christmas to everyone.

0:59.9

If I may speak candidly for just a moment, I must confess a certain unease with today's topic.

1:09.3

Crafting an episode of horror around the most wonderful time of the year feels a tad abusive.

1:18.7

Don't misunderstand me.

1:20.4

I adore Finance of Freddy's when it chooses to confront the grim and macabre.

1:25.3

In fact, one of my favorite episodes of this podcast

1:30.0

and one of my favorite FNAF stories of all time is Count the Ways. But let's be honest,

1:38.5

this isn't exactly how I'd like to celebrate the holidays. If you've listened to Count the Ways before, then you all know me,

1:48.0

and you know how much I believe in the spirit of Christmas.

1:52.5

It is a uniquely magical season, a brief moment when the world seems to pause,

1:59.1

and people refocus on something greater than themselves.

2:02.8

It's a time to set aside personal pursuits and invest in family, friends, and community

in the simple act of spreading goodwill to others.

I'd much rather use the time around the holidays as an opportunity to inspire every single
