What's up, guys? So today on the podcast, I share a little tip with you guys about how to become a better grappler by becoming like the grappler that you hate. Now, when I say the grappler, you hate, I'm not talking about the stinky guy, the guy that doesn't wash his ghee or the woman that doesn't trim her nails. I'm not talking about that. I'm talking about the people like when you roll with them, like they just know how to just to just destroy your game. Like when you roll with that wrestler and you just like takes you down left and right, when you roll with the, the guy that inverts upside down on his head and put you in a leg lock and you're just like, damn it, I can't pass his guard and I get caught in leg locks all the time. You want to become that grappler so that in order to feed it. And I'll talk about why this is and some of the lessons I've learned.

but it just doesn't have a place for the YouTube channel.

1:17.3

And we're getting ready to release some of that along with the podcast extras on the Patreon,

So with that said guys let's get to start with the podcast thank you so much for joining us today um me my buddy joe my business

2:06.4

partner we were talking about that before like we're two different people i'm like all over the

2:10.9

place and i like i'm you know it has its benefits you know i'm a little ADHD which i think is

2:17.1

kind of a gift in some ways.

2:18.6

And then he's the way more like, like, methodical and like precise with certain things.

2:23.4

And so, you know, that kind of thing.

2:24.7

Are you, would you say he's like more, like, I don't want to say schedule, but maybe like regimented?

2:32.8

Like he has like a certain set like regimening does things.

2:36.7

Like always put your right leg through the through your underwear first. So I don't know. Yeah. So Joe, so you know, Joe, he's more like this. Joe is a guy where he's more regimented, has a little bit more structured of things. Now, me on the other hand, I'm kind of like where I look at things and I'm

2:51.1

like, I have these five things that I need to get done, whatever it might be. And I'm like, I don't care when I get them done. I just got to get them done. Right, right. And then like, I was actually talking to my guy that does videos, Spartan. And Spartan, how we're talking about that like Spartans are very regimented like yeah even more so than Joe wow right he's like

2:52.0

everything has to be like scheduled and stuff like that whereas me i'm again i'm freaking all over the place and spartan was laughed and he goes me he goes i don't know how you do it he's like it would drive me nuts but for me it just works like i randomly change up my schedule from time to time because i get kind of bored with it i I'm like I don't want to do this in the morning. I don't do it at nighttime. Like if you go through and watch some of my videos, there's times where my video, my hair is really nice. That's in the morning. And that's what I'm doing videos in the morning. And then like if it's really messed up, that means it was right after the evening training. And then sometimes the hair is like a little messed up. That means it was afternoon time. So like I'll do videos either morning, afternoon and night. And it really depends on how I feel. And then like, you know, I do all my like business work or whatever sometimes in the morning, sometimes midday, sometimes just whenever. When do your best videos come out? When do you think that is?

3:58.2

You know? Time of day? I don't know. It really, honestly, I've stopped trying to pick it out. I think a lot of times it's probably nighttime, like that the videos come out, that probably the best just because like I'm my, I'm so wide awake after training. Yeah. And then, then but you it's funny because usually after I'm

4:15.0

done with the video and my blood um you know my blood pressure and everything is coming down from
