1:17.4 | shrinky sort of expressions like hurt people, hurt people, those things. I just, I don't like that. |
1:24.7 | However, there's the term that I've always used that is just true, which is anger is always the second emotion. And the reason that keeps coming up in my office is that it is important for people to recognize that anger is really a reaction to a perceived sense of threat. Usually, you're hurt in some way or you're afraid in some way. |
