my dear friend, activist, thinker, researcher, Colin McNamara. And we met through our mutual friend,

Richard Grove. We would see each other at some of

Richard's parties. And then we always got along. We always connected. And then we would also see each

other at many little protests or rallies, which is one of the reasons I love Colin because he's so

proactive. He's outspoken. He's constantly looking for ways to get involved locally,

which is something I think we should

all be doing more of. So hopefully this conversation can also inspire many of us to also be more

proactive and get more involved. Another great way of creating change or starting a ripple is

our energy, into bringing something to the world of value. We're attempting to bring you
