And now, here are your hosts. Well, hello, hello and welcome to the starting zone, the podcast about World of

Warcraft and the people who play it today is December 8th, 2020 and my name

is Spencer Downey. Thank you so much for listening and subscribing to our is Shadowlands basically is now in the bag. We're into week three.

Yeah, it's end game is now officially starting with regional resets and now we're getting

into the real kind of weekly rhythm, weekly routine, you know, and I'm sort of torn because

I'm on the one hand I'm ready, like my warrior's ready, there's really nothing else for my warrior to be doing

that there's going to increase power or you know the way different stuff in the game works

until we get into some of this you know end game stuff like raids and Mythic Plus and what have you.

But by this on the other side of the coin like I've spent so much time just kind of

doing all of the stuff I can find to do on the warrior that I've had no, I haven't really sunk enough time or as much time as I wanted to in any alts. I guess it's a good problem to have. It's also kind of just the mindset the way that I play the game. So, yeah. That's kind of where I'm at heading into, you know, first end game reset season one starting. Like, obviously I'm excited to start all this stuff and you know hop into the raid this week and see what that's like and and check out how keystones are feeling like this is the kind of stuff that keeps me playing the game on a week to week basis, right? But I kind of wish I had like one more week to get stuff squared away on an alt so I could maybe, you know, host another team or something. I'm not going to get there this week,

but maybe by next week. Yeah, I feel that. And I feel that the other factor that clicked for me this past week is I really wished that the first wing at least of LFR came out like the second week of launch

Like I really wish that we had first week of launch is leveling second week of launch is

Obviously more leveling, more continued stuff, but also the first wing of LFR. And then the third week is normal heroic launch.

And that's sort of the pacing pacing because there's something that I just I feel like

waiting for LFR for a week after normal and heroic even for that first wing I just wish I could get in there already.

Like I wish that I could like have already spent time on the first couple of bosses,

just getting the look and the feel and getting used to it.

Because all I've been doing, obviously I've tested some stuff on beta, I've been doing obviously I've tested some stuff on beta I've been doing

all my raid prep for all the mythic stuff we're going to be doing I've been building week horrors I've been
