I'm Chad Dundas. That's Ben Folks. We meet here every single week to chop up all the prominent,

newsworthy, and hilarious happenings in the world of mixed martial arts. Ben, Saturday night,

despite the fact that the so-called experts said it couldn't be done,

the co-made event podcast pulled off its second ever UFC fight party during the broadcast for

UFC 253. We had to do this one on our own because our guy Ryan up there in Canada, Zoom professional, who helped us out on the first one, he was unavailable.

So you and I had to handle the particulars, the technological details.

And we pulled it off somehow.

It seemed like a good time was had by all.

You know, we watched UFC 253 all the way through to the Israel-Ata-Palo Costa fight in the main event.

The best part to me of the fight parties is not only like getting to watch the fights and talk about the fights and stuff like that, but also getting to hear from some of the beloved patrons of the co-main event podcast.

We had numerous people check in with us over the course of what about three hours during

the fight party.

Got to hear about our guy Andrew's son with a heartwarming story where his son tried to win

some money to buy a video game for his brother, you know, just like uplifting stuff, stuff that really,

you know, maybe you're feeling a little down about the state of the world, about how things

are going.
