He's our, yeah, we're stoked dude. You're our first fly fishing uh fishermen. I mean we haven't had any fly fishing guys and it's cool to have you on bro.

That's awesome. Thank you for having me. You know I've enjoyed listening a lot of the local guys and all the bass guys on the podcast, so I'm stoked to be here.

Yeah, it's going to be a fun time. So we were talking earlier about how you kind of started and it seems like you kind of started like I did. Well, maybe not like I did, but you did a lot of surf fishing.

A lot of surf fishing, yeah. Let's talk about that, man.

Yeah, so, you know, growing up in Huntington Beach, My dad has a lot of saltwater background

Fishing a lot on the sport boats and things like that and kind of you know in the

late 80s early 90s he got into the swim bait thing and he was doing a lot of surf fishing you know for perch with

grubs and stuff like that so growing up kind of the first fishing I was doing was a lot of beach fishing.
