So, Valet, what comes to mind when you hear headache and painful blurry vision?

I think I will start with the headache part.

You know, when it comes to headache, we often think about primary versus secondary headache.

Usually, you know, to differentiate the two, we need to look for red flags.

So in this case, we have a red flag, the painful beareribision, which I think it's a localizing

neurological symptom.

But, you know, we have the, I often remind myself to kind of to take a step back

and also have like the anatomical approach before like the two primary or secondary buckets.

And the anatomical approach is usually, you know, things that are inside the head, like

the brain and the meninges and the vessels. And then also things that are outside the head, which also include the vessels,

for example, the temporal artery in GCA, and also things that can cause headache that are
