0:51.6	It's fucking freezing in London and I'm a bit tired because I had an early flight.
0:58.1	And what tends to happen with me when I've got an early flight is I get anxious about

1:06.5	Even though I go to bed quite early and I'm tired and I was reading and my eyes were
1:11.0	heavy and I took off my glasses and I put down my book and I turned off the light and

1:21.9	And stayed wide awake until much later than I would have liked.
1:25.6	But I did get some sleep in the end and then the alarm went off.
1:28.4	I got up and I row our s-blog yesterday morning, headed for the airport.
