| 0:00.0 | Hi guys, it's Tony Robbins. You're listening to Habits and Hustle. Crush it. |
| 0:07.2 | Hey friends, you're listening to Fitness Friday on the Habits and Hustle podcast, where myself and my friends share quick and very actionable advice for you becoming your healthiest self. So stay tuned and let me know how you leveled up. |
| 0:28.3 | Aren't these IVs really good for brain, like cognition and focus and brain fog? And our ones? |
| 0:37.3 | Yeah. Yeah. And also for the mitochondrial health. Yeah. As a matter of fact, my favorite stack for sleep deprivation is NR, NAD, or NMN, which are all just like NAD precursors and creatine. Because when you're sleep deprived, two things happen. You get less ATP in the brain and the creatine. The phosphagen and creatine can help to replenish that. And then the NAD assists with the cellular repair mechanisms that should have occurred when you're sleep deprived. And so, yeah, I mean, coffee and energy drinks and all that stuff and kind of band-aided sleep deprivation. Right. Using about 10, higher than what you use for strength and power, like 10 to 20 grams of creatine a day. And that will give you disaster pants if you take it all at once. So you can you do like four or five gram portions spread throughout the day if you're sleep deprived. I wouldn't, you don't need to do this every day. And then NAD, IV patch, oral capsule, whatever. Okay, so that's a good, that's actually a good clip. fantastic for sleep deprivation. Okay, so say that one more time because I want to make sure people get that. |
| 1:30.3 | So if you are sleep deprived, here is a cocktail that you should do that's very effective. |
| 1:36.0 | Go ahead. |
| 1:36.2 | Yeah. |
| 1:36.6 | Say it against the NR. |
| 1:39.2 | If you're sleep deprived, then coffee, five-hour energy, green tea, like all these central nervous system |
| 1:46.2 | stimulants can kind of like short-term jack you up, but NAD combined with creatine, that stack |
| 1:51.8 | is incredible because it helps to simulate a lot of what you would have gotten during sleep, |
| 1:57.0 | ATP restoration in the brain and cellular repair mechanisms. |
| 2:00.5 | Okay, this is my question. Can you take |
| 2:02.6 | NAD, if I just took like a trunyogen supplement and a creatine, creatine scoop, that would work? |
| 2:10.6 | A couple capsules, although I recommend more than you'd usually take. So you take like four capsules of |
| 2:15.0 | like the true niogen and then then you do 20 grams of the |
| 2:17.7 | creatine, but you split that into four or five gram portions throughout the day. Get that bloat you take that much creatine. Mm-hmm. That's why you wouldn't want to do it every day. But you also shouldn't be sleep deprived every day. That's true. Deeper issues to address. Are you not wearing any trackers anymore because of all the EMF? I wear this ring. |
| 2:34.5 | Oh, you do. |
| 2:35.4 | Yeah. |
| 2:36.0 | I wear a ring. |
| 2:36.7 | Rings don't produce an appreciable amount of EM. wearing any trackers anymore because of all the EMF. I wear this ring. |
| 2:34.5 | Oh, you do. |
