Solomon spoke about. So Solomon starts, this whole thing was kind of like came about because Solomon spoke about it on an episode of two for two.

And the concept was about lowering the gaze, but more so about how there's more to lowering the gaze than what we just think of when we first think about.

What you, what's the most common thing that you think about when it comes to lowering the gaze?

It's the opposite sex.

Yeah, not looking at the opposite sex.

And, but, you know, Suleiman was mentioning this episode two, too, that it goes a lot deep within that.

That's not the only way or time you should be lowering your gaze.

So I thought, let's do an episode about that, about like the, the, the, the non, um, you know, the, the facts about or the times you should lower your gaze are that aren't just

when it comes to the opposite sex.
